Penny signs with Breakers

New Zealand basketball star Kirk Penney is leaving New Zealand Breakers. He has signed a three-year deal with the Breakers, which will mean he will probably end his career at the Breakers. 

 The Breakers Head Coach Paul Henare said he’s pleased to have signed the signature of the former American College star. The 35-year-old Tall Black has had a 17 year career at the top level of the sport, playing professionally in the United States and Europe.To find out more click here.

Making a volcano

For science Rm 11 and Rm 12 combined classes together. Our experiment was making a Volcano Eruption. Before we could go outside to test it out we had to sort out what we needed to do and get the ingredients. 

 First we put in the dry ingredients, then the liquids. Suddenly our volcano erupted! Up when the 'lava' after we put the vinegar in. Our group was very happy.

Have you ever made your own lemonade to sell at the end of your driveway in order to get some money? 11 year old Mikaila Ulmer from USA makes her own lemonade. Mikaila Ulmer uses mint, flax seeds, and honey. Her ‘Bee Sweet’ lemonade is to be sold in 55 of their US stores.
